Terms of service

These terms cover your use of wearovi.com and the WearOvi platform at app.wearovi.com. By requesting access or using WearOvi you agree to them. The final version will name the company that operates WearOvi.

Access

WearOvi is invite only for now. Requesting access does not guarantee an invite. We may decline or remove access, for example for misuse or unpaid orders.

Your designs and content

• You keep ownership of the artwork, logos and text you upload or create.
• You give us permission to use that content only to provide the service: to display it to you and your buyers, prepare print files, make and ship products, and keep records.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including team, school, league, athlete and brand marks. We may refuse or cancel work that we believe infringes someone else's rights.
• AI-assisted designs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before they are made.

Approvals and production

Nothing is made until you approve a design version. Our team checks files before printing, but an approved design is made as approved. Colors on screens and printed garments can differ slightly, and production methods have limits we will explain before you order.

Orders, payment and payouts

Buyers pay WearOvi at checkout through Stripe. We keep the cost of production, shipping and our fee, and pay your margin to you through Stripe. Brands that order in bulk pay at the time of order unless we have agreed invoice terms in writing. Prices, lead times and any minimums are confirmed in the app before you order.

Returns and problems

If a product arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within a reasonable time with photos and we will make it right. Because products are made to order, returns for other reasons depend on the policy you set for your buyers and on what our partners can accept.

Acceptable use

Do not use WearOvi for content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes others' rights, and do not try to break, overload or misuse the service, including the chat.

Liability

We work hard to keep WearOvi running and orders on time, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect.
